Employee Benefits

Employee benefits are a form of non-wage compensation provided by Burnet Consolidated ISD to attract, retain, and motivate employees. These benefits go beyond an employee's base salary and can include a wide range of offerings aimed at enhancing their overall job satisfaction, well-being, and financial security.

Burnet CISD provides a choice of health and dental insurance plans.  Employees may also choose additional life insurance, disability insurance, emergency transportation, and more.  All BCISD employees contribute to the Texas Teacher's Retirement System.  Employees may also contribute to a personal 403(b) plan. New hires have 30 days from their date of hire to choose their benefits at My Benefits Hub.  BCISD employees may elect their insurance coverage during the district's annual open enrollment period at My Benefits Hub.
