Burnet CISD provides a choice of health and dental insurance plans. Employees may also choose additional life insurance, disability insurance, emergency transportation, and more. All BCISD employees contribute to the Texas Teacher's Retirement System. Employees may also contribute to a personal 403(b) plan.
New hires have 30 days from their date of hire to choose their benefits at My Benefits Hub.
BCISD employees may elect their insurance coverage during the district's annual open enrollment period at My Benefits Hub.
