Election Information
Members of the Board of Trustees are elected for three-year terms. Annual elections are held the first Saturday in May. Board members are sworn in at the May regular meeting. Board officers are elected at the June regular meeting. The staggered Election Schedule is as follows:
2024 Place 2, Place 4 and Place 6 - Angela Moore, Ross Behrens, and Robby Robertson, Place 5 Katy Duke
2025 Place 1 and Place 5 - Earl Foster and May 2024 Elected Board Member
2026 Place 3 and Place 7 - Suzanne Brown and Mark Kincaid
The next Board of Trustees Election will take place on May 4, 2024. The window to file candidate applications is January 17, 2024 to February 16, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Candidates may file their application with Jessi Carpenter at Burnet CISD Central Office located at 208 E. Brier Street, Burnet, TX 78611.
