BCISD Parent Family Engagement Policy
The Texas Youth and Parent Helpline provides free and confidential services to youth, family members, and parents in times of need. From finding mental health support to help with parenting challenges, services are available 24/7 through call, text message, and online chat. Helpline advocates provide a safe space for those reaching out to talk about their situation, brainstorm solutions together, and provide local, state, and national resources if needed. At the Youth and Parent Helpline, advocates listen without judgement as many of those seeking support simply need someone to talk to.
