The anonymous patron stated, "Please pass on to the transportation department that the driver on route #18 is doing a fabulous job, especially considering the traffic on Highway 281".
Josh Albro, Transportation Director, had this to say about Karen, "Karen has worked for BCISD for approximately 4 years. She began as a monitor, and is now a fantastic bus driver. Karen consistently displays an attitude of willingness to complete any task that she is assigned. She is a Route Driver, and a Lead Field Trip Driver. Her willingness to help in any way is contagious and greatly appreciated!"
