Lauren is especially adapt at building and maintaining relationships with students who have been difficult in the past and often gets great effort from students who have been hard to motivate in the past. Lauren is always prepared and represents the school well in ARD meetings and planning sessions. She is easy to work with, and her can-do attitude even in tough situations is refreshing.
