It's About Community Approximately 250 community members attended the State of the Community Luncheon on Wednesday, March 6th. BCISD Superintendent Keith McBurnett and Burnet Mayor Crista Bromley provided the crowd with an overview of the current status of the school district and the community.

Burnet CISD Board Members Meet with Legislators Burnet CISD Board Members headed to the State Capitol on Tuesday as part of the TASA/TASB Legislative Seminar. In addition to hearing from the Speaker of the House and the Commissioner of Education, Board Members met individually with Senator Buckingham and Representative Wilson.

Mark it Off! The 100th Day of School is always a milestone for the kindergarten students at Shady Grove because they have been reading and writing for 100 days! The campus celebrates the entire day with nonstop 100th day of school activities.
