At the July 25th Board Meeting, five BHS Softball Players were recognized with State Honors.

The Board of Trustees heard a report during the July Board Meeting on school safety and security initiatives in Burnet CISD.

The District held a Budget Brunch for BCISD staff this morning in which Chief Financial Officer Clay Goehring provided a broad overview of the District's 22-23 Budget Proposal including funding sources and assumptions.

Three teams competed in the National High School BBQ Association National Cookoff at the Kalahari Resort in Round Rock. Each team placed in many different categories and two of the three teams qualified for the World Food Show in November.

All Burnet CISD campuses and offices will be closed July 4-8 in recognition of Independence Day and as part of the District's planned summer hours. Have a fun and safe summer Bulldog family!
