Board Provides Substitute Teacher Stipend In an effort to incentivize substitutes to work vacancies, and increase the daily fill rate in classrooms, the Board of Trustees approved a temporary COVID Stipend Pay for Classroom Teacher Substitutes in the amount of $30 on top of the regular substitute pay rate. This stipend will be evaluated each month by reviewing COVID case counts and substitute fill rates.
