Over the past year Brady has helped improve the overall network infrastructure for the district. He was instrumental in the major network upgrade over the summer break when we overhauled the middle schools network backbone ensuring that the contractors understood the intent of the design we wanted and getting them into the required areas.
Brady continues to show a willingness to want to learn more outside of his technician role and is always looking for a project that we are working on that needs minimal input from the network and system administrators. A key project that he assisted on was revamping the school signage. He noticed that the current program we used was no longer supported and found a way to not only make it easier for the Technology Department to support, but also meet the goal of BHS by adding a clock to all the signs. Brady's willingness to strive for excellence and continue learning is a prime example of keeping with the Districts Spirit, Pride and Honor Ethos.
