Parents/Guardians:
In accordance with Senate Bill 12, parent consent is required before students may receive certain school services. Please log into your Skyward Family Access Account and complete the online form to indicate your consent for the 2025–2026 school year. Consent is required for: (1) health related services, (2) counseling services, and (3) participation in clubs. Without your consent, your child cannot be served in these areas
