“Dr. Caropepe brings successful principal experience at both the elementary and secondary levels, giving her a well-rounded perspective on school leadership and student success,” Superintendent Aaron Peña said. “She is known for building strong systems, setting clear expectations, and being a highly visible and engaged leader. We are confident she will be a strong and steady presence at BMS.”
Dr. Caropepe comes to BCISD from Llano ISD, where she currently serves as the principal of Packsaddle Elementary School. She has been with Llano ISD since 2017 in various roles, including both Principal and Assistant Principal of Llano Junior High. Her vast experience in education also includes time spent as an instructional coach and classroom teacher in Central Texas districts as well as in the Fort Worth area.
Dr. Caropepe received her Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University and went on to complete her Master’s in School Administration from Lamar University. She received her doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University.
