A. New 2-story classroom wing, increasing campus capacity to 700 students
B. Add connecting corridors
C. Renovate Activity Building, classrooms, and Nurse’s station.
D. Replace flat roofs
E. Expand and repair parking lot
F. Repair Activity Building stucco
G. Reconfigure walking track
H. Replace windows in the gym
 
Throughout the campus: Replace HVAC in cafeteria and gym, new parking lot lights, replace ducts and dampers in the Activity Building
A. Add security fencing around playground
B. Replace roof penetrations and re-coat gym roof
C. Repair drainage issues
D. Install aluminum canopy at bus pick-up area
E. Add a walking track
F. Renovate Nurse’s station and improve air quality
G. Improve the front drive and drop-off/pick-up areas
H. Add aluminum canopy to front drive

Throughout the campus: Replace carpet and VCT flooring

A. Renovate Nurse’s Station and improve air quality
B. Add parent and visitor queue at front entrance
C. Add two student small group rooms
D. Add security fencing around playground
E. Install new swings, mulch, and ADA accessibility to playground
F. Add safety windows to 2 exterior doors
G. Add a walking track

A. Improve acoustics in the circular building
B. Replace roof fasteners and coating to address leaks
C. Cover exposed wall insulation in 6th grade gym and auxiliary gym
D. Repair cracked sidewalks
E. Add Life Skills restrooms
F. Renovate Auditorium restrooms
G. Renovate space to a nurse’s station and improve air quality

Throughout the campus: Replace certain aging HVAC units, install damper system to Administration Area, add ceramic wainscoting in hallways, replace flooring, and replace room signage
A. Renovate the Auditorium – new lights, light controls, sound system, and curtain
B. Repair flatwork and driveways
C. Add isolation room at Nurse’s station and improve air quality
D. Repair roof over the gym
E.  Replace HVAC units
A. Update fire alarm system
B. Install bird control measures at the pavilion
C. Replace roof only where noted on the graphic
D. Cover exposed wall insulation in Gym
• Widen Bulldog Drive and the “s” curve bridge
• Add parking along Bulldog Drive
• Repair the 3-way stop
• Expand stadium parking
• New replacement buses
• Add a parking lot for Transportation employees and pave the Transportation access road
• Seal coat existing parking lots
• Add Band Instruments, HVAC Replacements, Rubber Flooring at Playgrounds, and Classroom Furniture
