She helps drivers with anything they ask, even those items that make you tilt your head. She is quick to take on new tasks and make them her own while keeping a smile on her face daily. Parents will call in with questions or possibly be upset, and she is so calm with them; it's truly a gift. She tries her best to make sure she can help them and settle the situation. Our office has had many new faces in this 2023 school year, and she helps make everyone feel welcome. We appreciate how she supports the office staff. There are days when I know we have handed her stacks to do, and she always stays cool and calm, which helps us stay relaxed and calm. She's a sweet voice to us all over the radio as she is also a PM dispatcher. She did a fantastic job working out the crazy fall Field Trip season, and I'm sure she's excited for the next one.
